DELIVERY POLICY

After the purchase, the maximum time to receive your order will be fourty-eight (48) to ninety-six (96) hours, only taking account of working days. If there are holidays or weekends through the shipping processing time will be suspended until the next business day.

The delivery service is provided only in the Republic of Costa Rica, by EMS Postal Service Costa Rica.

The items are transported to your home by Correos de Costa Rica, in the metropolitan area and the Headers Province of Puntarenas, Liberia, San Ramon, Guapiles, Perez Zeledon and Ciudad Quesada; may not exceed thirty (30) kilos. In the case of rural household distribution for the weights they may not exceed two (2) kilos; if shipments exceed that weight they must be collected at the nearest branch.

Purchases made through the website Payless.cr, will be delivered to the customer at the place of destination that is requested, provided it is within the coverage area of Correos de Costa Rica (except for the following list of sectors).

Shipments to the following sectors will be delivered to the branch of Correos de Costa Rica nearest. You should collect your order at the branch within the time set by Correos de Costa Rica (10 working days). A collaborator of Correos de Costa Rica will contact the Customer through a phone call to inform you that your order is in the branch, so that the customer can collect as available.

The owner of the credit card will be authorized to receive the product and sign the receipt thereof. However, this Customer can authorize a third party and included as a recipient of the goods, under the sole responsibility of Customer.
