Q: How much is the shipping cost?

A: Shipping is free to any Payless store location.  During check out choose to collect your order at any Payless ShoeSource store location, for this free shipping service.

Shipping is free to any address if two or more items are purchased.  Place two or more items in your cart to receive free shipping to your home. 

There is a 3000 Colones shipping fee for one item purchases that you want shipped to rural areas or within the Greater Metropolitan Area that is other than a Payless ShoeSource store.

 

Q: How long until I will receive my order?

A: After the purchase, the maximum time to receive your order will be fourty-eight (48) to ninety-six (96) hours, only taking account of working days, and dependent upon your shipping location. If there are holidays or weekends through the shipping processing, the time will be suspended until the next business day.  If you choose for your order to be shipped to a Payless ShoeSource store, a store associate will call you to collect your order once it has arrived at the store.  Please refer to the Delivery Policy for further information regarding shipping to your home.  As some orders will be eligible for collection at Correos de Costa Rica, depending on your ship to location.

 

Q: How can I cancel my order?

A: Once your order has been placed you may be able to cancel your order by contacting the Customer Service phone number of 506-2289-0699 (Ext 1150) or 506-2289-0688 (Ext 1149) (8:00 AM – Noon and 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM, Central Time, Monday - Friday; and 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM and Noon -  1:00 PM, Central time, Saturday) or emailing servicioalcliente@payless.com.  However, depending on the processing of your order, it may be too late to cancel your order.  We will do our best to fulfill your request for cancellation. 

 

Q: Are the products purchased on the website guaranteed?

A: Yes. The warranty period shall be thirty (30) business days, starting from the date of purchase of the product and the issue of the invoice receipt.

The warranty of the products purchased by Payless.cr Web Site is limited solely and exclusively to factory defects and damage. However, this warranty is void if Payless.cr checks:

  1. The misuse of the product by the customer or third parties outside Payless ShoeSource.
  2. That products show physical damage or alteration, including but not limited to wear, scratches, scrapes, breaks, bumps, applying dyes, modifications, among others.

In the event that the product purchased has any of the above conditions, Payless ShoeSource will not make any refund of money or exchange merchandise.

 

Q: Is the product reserved when it is added to my shopping cart?

A: No. The addition of an available product to shopping cart does not mean that it is reserved. This only happens when the purchase is made and the e-mail is received for confirmation.
